Shipping Information
At TactiFlex Sales Shop, we are committed to delivering your tactical gear promptly and securely. Below are the details of our shipping options and timelines:
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Holsters: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, holsters cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
- Protective Pads: For health and safety reasons, protective pads are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item(s).
- Ship the Item(s): Package the item(s) securely, including the original packaging and any accessories. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the instructions.
- Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item(s) and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Shipping fees for exchanges will be charged unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
